I'm 2 & a half years PP & still get clumps of my hair falling out 😳

Yeah it’s not nice at all
It’s a horrible pp thing. I suffered quite badly with my first, it felt never ending and I got a receding hairline. I didn’t want to be seen it was awful. It absolutely did come back! I’m now expecting number and it’s one of the things I am dreading.

It varies, but I think mine was 6months to one year
So there’s hope for me yet

I just came out of the bath and wanted to type this post! I’m experiencing the same. I’m taking breastfeeding multivitamins and I try to eat healthy. My friends have said that it will grow back and this is just a part of pp. long hair can be trouble. So if you have long hair, it’s time to experiment some short hair styles and once it stops falling you can grow back.
