You will start feeling better once ur stitches heal.. till that time try getting as much support from friends and family as u can.. ask them to take ur 2.5 yrs old to the park etc so that he can still enjoy these things
Baby is only 6 days old, go easy on yourself, your hormones will also be rife right now. I have a 2.5 year old and a 4 week old, it's not been easy so far but my daughter is adjusting to the baby a bit more which makes things easier somewhat. Just take any help you can get, be patient with yourself, don't look too far ahead right now. Take one day at a time xx
I know the feeling and some days are not easy than others. I have 2yrs old which I put her in nursery for 3 days so i can rest and spend time with my second child. The only help I have is my sister. Maybe get friend or family support whenever they can. Take it easy with your scar. If you have family or friend who can take around your toddler it's great.
Take one day at a time. I honestly don’t know how moms do it. Take advantage of nap times. Whether you want to rest or take those times to bond with your toddler. Heck even watch a movie with him while you’re dealing with newborn. I am recovering with a c section still as well and I have a 5 week old and a 1 1/2 year old. It’s rough. I have my husband here at home still which has been a blessing. But what I do while my newborn is sleeping is I play with my son blocks, sing to him, and read. Just do what you can while healing. You will get a routine and it will get better I promise
You absolutely have got this! It gets easier the more you recover. It’s just a phase that will pass. I have a 2.5 year old too and my little boy is now 6 weeks. I’m feeling totally recovered post c section and feeling strong. You will get there. Just do what you can and take all the help you can xx
