Agree with Ellie, depends on your trust. I was able to have a scan at 6/7 weeks as I was very high ectopic risk after 2 previous ectopic pregnancies. I also did get a lot more appointments between week 12 and 22 as I was placed under the TLC team (for bereaved mums to be) and consultant led due to my age (42) plus multiple losses including a missed miscarriage 3 months before falling pregnant with my rainbow baby. Sending you lots of luck and baby dust xx
I lost my first last year and have stage 3 endometriosis and I didn't get any extra care throughout my second pregnancy. I just found myself going to triage alot for reduced movements and anxiety and then they gave me extra scan because of how much I had reduced movement not because of the loss. Xxx
I think it really depends on where you are in the country. For me, they didn’t give us any additional care for the next 2 pregnancies but now they’re said after 3 losses they’ll give me an extra scan at 7/8 weeks. I’m in Hampshire. After 3 losses they did some tests on me too which showed an underactive thyroid xx
