I take it. I asked my OB if I could take it and she said it was fine. Just don’t do the loading phase. Our bodies naturally create creatine and meats and fish high in protein also has creatine in it. It is a good source of energy as well since our bodies already make creatine. It’s better than taking an energy drink, coffee or a pre workout. I forgot to mention that I am also exclusively breast feeding as well and my OB said there was no problem with taking it.
