Are you doing pelvic floor there tho? I’ve been doing it since 32 weeks but I also had a lot of muscle from working out before… I didn’t start noticing pain till about 33 weeks
damn i wish i knew about this when i was pregnant
@Lauren yeah I’ve been doing the little stretches but it just makes it hurt worse or it will help for a little bit then starts hurting again
Try wrapping your belly with a baby carrier. I had pelvic pain and my midwife said because of my pendulous belly it put more weight on my pelvic area. So I wrapped my belly with a carrier to relieve the pain and it worked like magic!
I tried it but didn’t work for me making me cramps and squeezing my bladder , most insurance covers physical therapy ask you obg for referral, it helped me to manage the pain because it’s gonna get worse unfortunately ☹️
For every movement you do and hurts you engage your core muscles and kegal exercises at the same time
