From SAHM to full time working Mom
Has other any of you Momma’s gone through this experience? My baby girl is 14 months old now and I’ve worked some the past 3 months but not as intensive hours as this will be though. I start tomorrow! I walked in today to put in my application (I had been in contact with them for 2/3 weeks) and had an on the spot interview. I was hired (obliviously lol.) It’s at a car dealership, they had ‘warned’ me that job is at least around 58 hours a week. I’m so excited and yet so nervous and scared. I just want to make a better life for me and my family. We’re having to choose between groceries or gas at times, living with family, etc.
How was your transition? Do you still have a strong bond/relationship with your kids?

How did it go for you hun?
So my cousin went back to work when her daughter was 3 weeks old (couldn’t afford any more time or drop in wages due to husbands debt and household payments and other kids childcare) she went to a childminders from 3 weeks to 4 years old. She is now 11 and they are super close and always have been. I know it was hard but like you, my cousin worked and worked to then buy a house and make sure her kids had the life she wanted for them!
