How to know if it’s implantation or period bleeding?

I started bleeding today, it’s light but it’s brown, reddish color and I’m having mild cramping in my pelvic area and lower back. Which could it be?

@Savannah if it red, with little bit of cloth then it period. That how mine started😭😭 was super light for 2 days and the 3rd it said haha joke on you😭😭 I was so excited thinking I might be preg but nah😭
