Placenta encapsulation?

Thoughts? One of my friends actually did it and she said it really helped her with PP hormonal shifts. But I would love to hear everyone’s opinions / experience

I did it and I loved it! I did not loose any hair during postpartum for a long time, my milk supply increased and I had very little to no acne.

I’m doing it. I think it’s so special and they dried my umbilical cord so I have it for his baby book

If you can do it you should . I really really wanted to but didn’t get the opportunity. Sometimes it can be really expensive.

How much does it cost to make into capsules

I’m doing it. Paying my doula about $375

I’ll be doing it this pregnancy I hear great things about it. PP depression is crazy and I hear that it helps with it and it’s great for ur energy levels and when u breastfeeding. My doula will be doing my capsule for $350
