I started at 10 weeks in my first pregnancy. Mine was very hormonal though so improved a bit around 24 weeks once hormones had peaked. Then started getting worse from 34 weeks. Mine was severe and I was on crutches at 20weeks. I’m now 5 weeks pregnant with a very active 16 month old who’s a runner! Feeling extremely anxious about how I’ll cope now I have a toddler too and hoping people will chime in to say it’s not always worse in 2nd pregnancy?! 🙏 We’ve started physio already to get ahead of it. The one thing that helped me last time was our babymoon. We didn’t leave the hotel, just relaxed and swam every day. Did me so much good. If you can do something similar midway I recommend it!!
