This is making me so nervous too. I'm excited to see my partner as a dad holding our first child but I just want to protect our bubble of three so much especially as all his family seem to say is "we'll take baby and you go out" 🥺
Definitely do a 2-3 week nest I was happy for people to come into it but didn’t want to go out to others straight away Agree and be firm with parents and in laws
We didn’t see anyone for 2 weeks. But can relate. Like someone says about. Set boundaries. Unfortunately not always respected. I breastfeed and I’ve had to take my baby back at times as when I say she needs a feed they don’t always pass back ! It does get easier x
Yeah I think it’s normal. I couldn’t stand it when my in laws touched my baby and for no rational reason lol
Yes! Completely normal to Ensure boundaries are in place especially if breastfeeding and contact napping being more aware of babies cues :)
