Night away without baby

Ill be in the same situation as you soon and to be honest I’m hesitation everyday if I’ll go or not. I fully trust my mom but unfortunately she doesn’t live here so we will leave the baby with my partners family which it’s not like I don’t trust them it’s just I don’t know them much and it’s my baby! But my baby feel good with them and I’m kinda leaving him couple of hours here and there for him to be fully confortable but I guess is more for me 😅. But I think you should go just to have a bit of time for yourself and your partner. If in any point you feel that you need to come back, then just come back your partner will understand for sure! I’ve been on a night away with my husband and left my 4 month old (who was three months at the time) with my parents. For me, I really wanted to spend some quality time away with my husband. I’ll be honest I found it hard being away but I completely trust my parents and they sent me lots of photos. It was so worth it in the end, we made some lovely memories and I came back feeling refreshed. Glad I’ve done it and looking forward to going again in the new year!

Mine has been having sleepovers since about 2 months so I certainly would! Maybe have a trial run just to make sure they can manage before you’re 3 hours away

If you really don’t wanna leave baby just ask one of them to go with you, and then you only are away from Baby through out the meal , that’s what I would do anyway 😂

Enjoy mama! I would go. Can’t leave my baby at the moment as he is currently refusing bottles and only wants to be breastfed. When he took the bottle I left him. So important to do things for you xx
