My hairdresser is actually the one that recommended the shampoo and vitamins
lol go figure!
I keep being told we just have to let the hormones rebalance. But it's scary. I bought a wide tooth comb for more gentle brushing and take my vitamins still. Want to try Nutrafol but heard by the time it works your hormones are better. I'm sad for us to go through this but it's reassuring that we are not alone...❤️
I’m going to use the postpartum ones and then switch to reg ones but with same brand
I have been loosing hair like crazy. I’m not a stranger to hair loss - I have stress triggered alopecia. But I’m about ready to chop it all off again 🥲
PS: I'm four months postpartum and have a small amount of shedding, which is less than before my pregnancy. 😃
I had a bald spot and was really hurt about it, decided to try Mary Ruth postnatal multivitamin and in less than a month I had soo much new growth I was shocked... a little pricey but it was definitely worth it, my hair is thicker and fuller now
I've heard a lot of good things about the whole Mary Ruth line
My hair stylist said that I would just have to let the hair loss happen and nothing would help and not to waste money until at least 6 months postpartum. 🤷🏼♀️ But yeah she just recommended Nutrafol. I make sure to brush my hair before I wash it so that the fallout doesn't look so scary in the shower lol
