Best nappy rash cream?

Since they have discontinued yellow metanium 😭 which was the best!, has anyone else got some good suggestions? Not sudocreme as that doesn’t work on my son.

Bepanthen is an absolute lifesaver! We were told sudocrem isn’t recommended any more because the zinc in it is drying for the skin. We ended up at the pharmacy with our little one when it was really bad and were recommended Bepanthen. We slather it on overnight and rash is more or less gone by the next day.

Bepanthen works well for us. As long as you’re fairly generous with it as I find it absorbs quickly.

i think a while ago, i found out a few days ago and thought is check shops, absolutely nothing 😩 Even selling it for £14 a tube on Ebay! Only thing that worked on my sons sore bum from teething poos
