Ovary cyst - how would you explain it?

I’m in so much pain and I’m unsure if what I’m experiencing is an ovary cyst or not. I have pcos and have had cysts but not for many years. My right hip / lower abdomen gets these sudden dull pains for the last 3 days. The pain is getting worse and nothing helps it (moving positions, eating etc) Is that what it could be? What do i do in this situation, will a gp help? I’ve suffered the last 14 months with a cyst in my stomach which popped 4 weeks go so I don’t have much confidence in my gp as I kept going there in pain asking for help but they just said there was nothing wrong constantly 😣
