Hi Jen I go to bed every night the same time then I'm hit with horrendous anxiety and panic I also walk every day to get rid of negative stuff I feel like this never ends x
I have the same thing! It’s always at bedtime my anxiety goes crazy.

Well I would find someone you trust that you can talk to to brainstorm solving the thing or things you are worried about. Dedicate a certain amount of time like 30 min or 60 min a day to think about what’s bothering you. Then when the time is up stop thinking about those things and try to move on. Also if you have access to a counselor of some sort they can be real life savers. Please reach out to others to talk about what’s going on. ❤️
