My little boy just turned 2

I’m 32 wks pregnant. My toddler is going through something at the moment and I just don’t know what to do for the best! He’s not eating or if he is it’s just cakes snacks, can’t get him to eat a proper meal. He’s clingy and just wants cuddles. The dummy use has gone through the roof as well! To the point he wants two of them at all times. The whinging and grizzling is a lot! Is this just a terrible 2s thing? Is it Christmas? (Not that we’ve done anything xmassy really we’ve been ill a lot. So literally just the tree being up in the house) Is it the pregnancy? Is it all of it? I don’t know whether to contact the doctors Any advise would be great! 😭😭😭😭
