Has anyone ever been put on Depakote for Bipolar Disorder or any other mood stabilizers? What were your experiences I know everyone is different but just curious since I’ll be starting once I’m done breastfeeding. Thank you!

I’m on lamictal, I have been for 3 years and I SWEAR by it. I have BPD so it is different but I think lamictal bc it’s an antipsychotic is made for bipolar too as they’re both mood stabilizers.

@Haylee nope it’s really not to bad but it definitely took me a month to fully feel the effects

I’ve been on it for 2 years & it’s helped with my mood tremendously! I do notice if I miss my morning doses sometimes my head will feel a little foggy / off but that’s normal my dr said!
