Personal Question

Sorry if TMI. But if you feel comfortable answering, after giving birth did “downstairs” change at all for you? Like appearance wise? Idk.. mine just doesn’t look the same as before and I feel so gross about myself 😕

Did you need stitches? I had stitches and my OB is very particular about her patients. You can always ask for a referral to a surgeon for reconstruction surgery. My OB told me after that she thinks it looks really natural but that if I was unhappy she can refer me to a surgeon.

My husband says mine looks fine and looks normal so I’m not concerned

no, but I didn’t need external stitches

i feel like mine does look slightly different but idk what it is exactly that is different. i’m sorry you’re feeling bad about it 😞

I never look at myself but my husband told me it looks more beautiful than ever 😂

Your body is always going to change when it comes to pregnancy & birth but disgust will never make you feel any better about yourself. You’ve got to love all stages. When I had my first daughter I had to get quite a few stitches & whatever the doctor wrote on the paperwork it sounded very much like a train wreck. But when I went in for my two weeks the next doctor said that I didn’t look so bad from what the paperwork said. So healing takes time. Don’t punish yourself with your thoughts after literally doing the hardest thing any human can do. Once you have your ability to Keagle again just do some every single day. After having my second daughter I delivered her with only 1 minor tear & I didn’t need any stitches this time around. & that’s after the “train wreck” & I have since gotten into a new relationship with my second child’s father & he has no complaints before or after we had our daughter. Just get into exercise & take your vitamins
