Not me but my husband gets so triggered by questions. Hates them. It's like the very action of being asked something is offensive, no matter what the question is. He has childhood trauma so I assume it's from that.

I am the exact same way. & I hate myself for it so much. Never been diagnosed but I know I do suffer from severe anxiety, a lot. Honestly, I've started meditation and done some spiritual therapy, it has helped tremendously! A lot of times, I'm such a happy person with others, but seem to get so upset and angry at the smallest things with my husband. Did a nice little cabin trip couple wks ago and that was amazing and feel like it did good to my soul .. that's just me. Try meditating. I am very against meds, no offense intended, so whatever I can do on my own to release my demons, helps, last thing I want is to be on meds bc then your body becomes very dependent on it. I get that every situation is diff and certain ppl do get benefit from them, but some just mess you up more.
