If no smell I would say it’s fine, often looks a bit grey after defrosting rather than the blood red you get with fresh meat. Each to their own risk wise but I would eat it 😂

Okay thank you! It was in the freezer before its use by date, I was just paranoid due to the colour & like I said never cooked it before😂 yes definitely no smell so I’ll go ahead and pop it in the slow cooker

Should be fine! Worked in a butchers for years, when beef is outside of packaging it goes like this as the air gets to it, completely normal :)
