Low sleep need

My effort is above and beyond to ware her out as much as possible with lots of running around, outdoor time etc. I feel so envious of those who have children that naps 2-3 hours straight without waking up or the parents having to actively wake them up! My toddler day time naps have been absolutely shite recently. Put her down and she’ll sleep for 20 mins max and starts waking up again. Also despite trying to get her to go back to sleep she doesn’t go back to sleep. Like what in the actual world could be disrupting her sleep that she wakes up after 20 minutes? She’s dressed appropriately for the temperature in the room (20c/69f), the blinds are down, white noise in the background. I can’t catch a fucking break.

What time is her nap at? My son was doing that for a bit too and it ended up being he was teething really bad he had like 3 molars coming in😅 I have also pushed my sons nap to around 12:30-1 to 2-2:30

@Tayva she napped from 1pm-1:20pm 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

@Amy ahhh I’m so sorry 😭 I know this won’t help but give it a couple weeks and it should go back to normal. I Fr thought my son was done with naps for good but once those molars came in all the way he went back to napping and sleeping at night good. I’m so sorry I know how you feel 😭 sleep regressions are the worst!!!

@Tayva oh girl I thought I had good patience but even my patience was running super thin cause i just can’t deal. I sit down for one minute and she’s already up ready to go, it’s infuriating and the little break I do get where she is sleeping I only have time for cooking and cleaning as much as I can because I just know it’ll add more stress doing them when she’s up and active so I get them done as soon as she goes down but that means. Okay and glad to hear your son is sleep well again! I feel like the sleep regressions and teething phase is relentless
