As for high-protein snacks, here are some lighter ones: • A boiled egg (or two) • Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey • String cheese (a classic) • A few slices of turkey or chicken breast • A small handful of nuts (emphasis on small so you don’t feel like you swallowed a brick) Hang in there—baby and water belly combos are no joke!

Everything in moderation! It’s hard to eat large meals or drink a lot of water at once as you go into being big pregnant. Eat often. Drink as much water as you can.
