I stopped running mid second trimester because it was irritating my back. Now just lots of walking and yoga!
I’m thinking it’s time for me to stop! I’m 27 weeks and it was a bit uncomfortable this morning. I’ve cut my mileage back to 3.5 miles and I’m basically jogging the whole time but don’t want to ruin my pelvic floor haha. I wonder if I belly band would help??
I stopped right before third trimester started because it stopped feeling good to run!
