Weaning question

Hi all! I’ve been weaning since December 28. My body actually responded very quickly to weaning and dropped my supply so fast with literally no engorgement! I’m just wondering how I know when I’m fully done? I haven’t pumped in 3 days and 3 hours and in that time I only hand expressed for less than a minute on each side while in the shower yesterday. I’m not in any pain and I’m not engorged or leaking at all. Can I pack away the pumps? Will I need to pump a few more times before I’m completely done? I have no idea!

Are you weaning off of breastmilk and putting baby on formula?

@Abby my baby is already on formula and frozen breast milk

@Allie oh ok, I was just asking because I wasn't sure if you meant weaning off breastmilk and onto whole milk or what you meant. It's because baby's can't have whole milk until after they turn a year

I would like to know too because I pump once or twice a day for like 20 min. I make maybe an ounce a day still but I’m worried about just stopping
