I gave birth 4 weeks ago. At 3 weeks, I was still in pain, but this week I’m feeling much better! The pain below has gone and my bleeding has also stopped. I hope you’re fully recovered soon! X

I've always bled for around 6-8weeks after birth but I have Endometriosis and other things so think that's longer than most, have you tried spritz for Bitz and witch Hazel pads? They helped me so much when I tore but didn't need stitches, well I refused stitches 😅 x
