Prenatal vitamins

I am 19 weeks and I have been really ill with morning sickness the whole time, I've tried to be healthy and eat the right things but have struggled and been on anti sickness tablets since about 9 weeks but I've struggled to take my vitamins everyday cause they made me feel worse and I've gone weeks without taking them and now I'm feeling guilty for not being able to take them and I have my 20 week scan on Friday and worried it's going to say something is wrong with the baby as I haven't been able to take the tablets šŸ™

Which ones were you taking? I was taking pregnacare and Iā€™ve got HG so been really sick too. Instead I now take the vitabiotics vitamin D as thatā€™s the one youā€™ll need right through now. Itā€™s really small like the pill size so a lot easier to digest. I take it with the meal Iā€™m usually the least sick from (breakfast for me) x

Don't feel guilty for not taking them, I took my vitamins here and there up to 12 weeks and then after that I thought you didn't have to continue but my HG was too much and I couldn't continue them. Baby girl is now due in 11 days, and she's happy and healthy even though I didn't take vitamins. Take one day at a time, You'll be finešŸ©·

Same as Kristina, I stopped taking mine around 8 weeks because HG was awful and couldnā€™t take due to making me feel worse. I tried to eat as balanced/healthily as possible once my appetite came back after have anti sickness jab at hospital. Baby boy is 19 weeks outside and has gone from 75th percentile at birth to now 99th percentile and very advanced and happy šŸ©·

Donā€™t feel guilty! I didnā€™t take any because I couldnā€™t keep them down. 34 weeks now and baby is perfect xx
