Anxiety about baby classes

I'm starting baby classes next week but I'm so anxious over the thought of her having a meltdown there and being judged because of it. Any advice on how to overcome this?

Going to my first baby class this week with my 10 week old ..having the exact same thoughts! I keep reminding myself that i wouldn't judge any other mum in the same position. We can do this! x

And to follow on from Shanon, any mum that does judge you, isn’t someone you’d want to be friends with anyway, so it’s no loss! X

It’s perfectly normal to feel anxious but everyone is in the same boat and most parents don’t judge if baby has a meltdown down. Once you start speaking to other parents you’ll relax. The first is always the hardest, and if it does happen please don’t let it put you off, just keep going. You’ve got this 💪🏻

i was the same with my first, i was sooo anxious. but honestly all the babies there will have meltdowns and nobody will judge, everyone is in the same boat xx

Honestly don’t feel anxious at all! I’ve been going to one since my LG was 3 weeks, she’s now 12 weeks! Shes had her fair share of meltdowns and no one even bats an eye! It’s pretty much guaranteed at every class that at least one baby will be fussy and crying! No one will mind one bit! I go to a hartbeeps class and at the start of it the teacher literally says if you need to feed your baby, change them, hold them etc do whatever you need to do!
