Baby dropping

Does anyone have any suggestions to help with the pelvic pressure, low back pain and hip pain that happens from baby dropping? I still have quite a few weeks to go and I’m not sure how I’m going to make it, it feels like a bowling ball sitting in my pelvis😫Dr said they don’t see baby disengaging at all even though I’m 7 weeks out from due date.

Following because I’m on the same boat

My boys been in the birth canal and staying since I was about 30 weeks nothing really helped I just lived in epson salt baths and I tried the Frida mama belly tape it didn’t help for me but you could also try that

When you sleep at night try and stack a couple pillows in between your legs to take pressure off your hips

And I used icy hot religiously on my lower back sometimes helps but not always

Swimming has helped me a lot, I highly recommend it!

I've been doing the pregnancy ball exercises (hip swivels, tilts, figure 8s, etc) and that definitely helps for a bit and yea stacking multiple pillows has helped (plus seeing a chiropractor)

Babies do what they want and come when they’re ready! Spinning babies and Bradley classes help me learn everything about birth and navigating the hospital. Try “pelvic tilts, on all fours” and “tailor sitting”

@Rikki how are you laying with them? I feel like that’s a weird question but I have a pregnancy pillow and I usually stack a few on top of that and lay on my side. It worked well up until baby dropped and now it doesn’t seem to helping, I’m waking up with charlie horses in my hips and side of my butt which hurts so bad 😅
