I had forceps with my first, and a 2nd degree tear with this baby. Aside from the occasional heavy feeling I didn't have pain at this point no. I'd advise an appointment to check what's going on. Did you have your stitches checked at all in the first couple of weeks and have you had your own 6-8 week check? X

No I’ve not once had my stitches checked and it was a 4th degree tear as well which I asked if they should be checked and got told no they will be fine I had my 6-8 week check but nothing to do with my stitches xx

@Nicole I didn’t have forceps delivery but did have a 3A tear anything that’s a 3rd and 4th degree tear you should have a follow up appointment with the physio team 6-8 weeks after to check everything and you get up to a year of care afterwards ☺️ x

Really to be honest I’m not suprised with them not telling me I need that because the hospital I went to treated badly the whole time I was in x

I had a cut by doctors and yeah it was uncomfortable around 6 months and after that it gets better, but one and half year now still uncomfortable when I shave the area I had cut, now skin is smoother but still I personally feel uncomfortable

@Nicole May I ask you wich hospital was it I live in London

Preston

I didn’t have forceps but I did have an episiotomy, I have slight pain every now and then but scar tissue is still tender. If it hurts too much make sure to get it seen by a doctor
