Only want one
I am only 3 weeks postpartum, but I feel pretty strongly about only having one child. I love her so much, but I hated being pregnant and giving birth. The second they put her on my chest was the only moment from it all that I enjoyed. I cannot imagine doing that while having another person to take care of when some days I could hardly take care of myself. I think there are so many positives to only having one. Does anyone else feel similarly?

I’m an only child- mine turns 6 weeks Thursday and I might just be a one and done- nothing wrong with that- I run a business- want to be able to give her nice things and travel with her and my husband- you gotta do what works for you- I loved being an only child- yeah now as I’m older do I wish there was someone else to understand- a little a bit Its all I know so..
Totally! 1 month in and as much as I would love to have more kids I can’t imagine going through pregnancy and this new born stage while taking care of a toddler. Me and my partner decided to see how we feel in the future but I’m set on waiting 3-4 years max.

I have 4 but i definitely understand where your coming from. I love my kids with all my heart but trust if i could change some things id probably woulda stayed with 2 max. Honestly even having 3 wasnt bad. But going from 1 to 2 was a crazy experience for sure.
