I can completely relate! I had to stop breast feeding and strictly pump because I would become so angry when my daughter would bite too hard. It's crazy how little things like that can trigger it so easily

@Emma my daughter will show all signs she’s hungry, I will fix her either a bottle of formula or breast milk and she just won’t eat it, then cry because she’s hungry and it just makes me so mad like your hungry but won’t eat

No seriously I have my moments where I’m crying but it’s usually outta frustration like the anger is wild. I have to apologize to my bf sometimes for being snappy

Yup!! To the point I have to slap myself in the face so I don’t yell I sound like a psycho but yup

@Olivia ive literally hit myself in the forehead, your good, you don’t sound like a psycho

To make matters better, I have to go back to work before my husband goes back which pisses me off because he wasn’t the one cut open! I was! And I have to go back in like 2-3 weeks because my job doesn’t offer paid maternity leave like his job does! It just pisses me off

Yes!! I'm 7 weeks pp and irritable all the time. I'm alot more snappy and I just feel off. It sucks but I glad it's not just me. I was starting to think something was wrong with me..

@Jen definitely not just you, it’s just not talked about as much as the depression side of it

Are yall taking prenatals still? I swear my rage goes down as soon as I pop it in my mouth but maybe it's just pseudo effect 🤔

@Angelica yes because I’m breastfeeding
