Multivitamins and Vitamin D

Wondering if you are giving your babies Multivitamins, specially Vitamin D (lack of sun and winter) I'm breastfeeding and my Vitamin D was deficient. We've recently gone through a horrible flu (Influenza A+ Covid) in December. Thank you!

Not yet baby is formula fed so dr and HV said no need yet. Might start giving it after 1 though

We get free vitamin D in Scotland if you're breastfeeding due to lack of sunlight.

I give my girl vitamin d everyday, also breastfeeding, as I've been told to by health visitor and paediatrician

Yes was giving one by Bio Gaia now giving LB one by a brand called Epigenetics which you add a pipette into their water x

Yes I give my baby vitamin d drops every day and I am breastfeeding

Breastfed baby’s should have a vitamin d supplement. Actually it’s recommended everyone in the uk should take vitamin d supplements all year round (not formula fed babies it’s already in the formula) as we don’t get enough sun x

Yes, get them for free in our family centre. I have been using it since day 1, he's breadtfeed . When we combi fed you only need to give it to them if you're baby gets over a certain amount of formula, as it is already fortified with the vitamins

@Gabriella where do you buy the Epigenetics please?

@Maria pretty sure I got it from Amazon x
