Try the Spinning Babies exercises - it might turn naturally by next week.
I had a successful ECV and I would definitely recommend getting one. I was so nervous before it and yes, it hurts a bit but it lasts like 3 minutes. The pain is absolutely nothing compared to contractions!! 😅 Only 50% are successful so just prepare yourself it might not work. I had two doctors try and they couldn’t flip baby and then a third one tried and she was way more rough and got really deep but it worked and baby was totally fine! 🩵 They check baby the whole time and as I said, it’s like 3 minutes and worth it. In the meantime, try spinning babies techniques too. Feel free to message me if you’d like 😊Good luck x
I had an unsuccessful ECV at 37 weeks. It was very painful. The gas and air does help though and it doesn’t last long. For me it was worth the try cause I really wanted a vaginal birth. I then got booked in for a section which wasnt as bad as I expected!
Hi! I did a private scan at 36 weeks as well and baby was breech, very shoking for me because I had done another one at 34 week I guess and baby wasn’t. I booked an appointment at the breech clinic, she done another scan and baby was indeed at the correct position! But I done a lot of research until I actually had my appointment at the breech clinic and if they were going to offer me to turn the baby, I would try that. There is a risk of water breaking and possibly needind a c section afterwards but I was definitely going to give a shot. I don’t really have the experience to share in more details with you of how it is the manoeuvre but I guess it depends on how much you want a vaginal birth. I really wanted one so was up for anything and everything to make it happen
