Screaming

Why does my 4mo scream a lot. She does this in a playful way but also just randomly without looking distressed. I’m wondering if she’s overstimulated as sometimes it’s when we’re out and it’s noisy or someone’s on FaceTime. But tbf she also does it when we play with her, so I’m not sure Im worried this is a sign of autism?
