What a journey

Hi mama's! I've been breastfeeding my little girl for 8 months and am starting to think about transitioning onto bottler breast milk as her first teeth start to come it. I have used a pump in the past and she's has had bottles in the past too. Does anyone have any tips on being able to build up a freezer supply for my little girl? I occasionally have supply issues and have needed to try increasing it (usually by drinking a lactation drink). Will I have issues with this moving towards a pumping journey?

So I filled up the whole of the bottom drawer of the freezer just by pumping for 20mins in the evening about 2-3 hours after putting my lo to bed

Just remember supply and demand. You need to pump every time she gets a bottle, and if you are trying to build up a supply, you need to pump extra. Look up power pumping and see if that might work for you. Also, hydrate, hydrate, and hydrate.

What lactation drink you use?

@Flower a cocktail of cranberry juice and coconut milk. Sounds weird but I found it works really well plus it's super cheap to make
