Workout

I need some motivation to work out. I used to work out a lot before I had kids. But it’s hard to get back into the routine once you have kids. I’m more of a person who likes a group saying to work out like out in public that’s how I do my workouts. Doing it at home or on an app. This doesn’t cut it for me. I have no motivation whatsoever. And be nice to have a group of moms to work out with, but it’s kinda hard to do that when you have a baby any advice on what to do as a stay at home mom who barely has time to go to the gym to work out?

Stroller walks, getting 10k steps in whenever possible helps.

I love going to the gym. But now with a baby it’s a lot harder to get any workout in too. But I’ll do a lot of running in place by my baby or dance workouts. I love cardio. I’m motivated by the enjoyment exercising gives me. So I would say once you can find a joy in a new exercise routine it will get better/easier
