Crib Sleep

My LO is almost 10 weeks and she has never slept in her own space. She will cry the second you put her down, even if she is in a deep sleep. I am so sleep deprived and I just want her to sleep in her own space. I can’t spend all night getting her to sleep and then trying to transfer her and then repeating that cycle all night. I end up sleeping with her after 4-5 hours of trying so I can get a little sleep. I am exhausted. I am so jealous of anyone that has a baby that goes down easily.

I’d be wondering if she is in some sort of discomfort or anything and needing extra support. If so I’d look into that. An osteopath can help if she has any tension

@Alice it’s when she is on her back, even when we hold her and she’s sleeping. She likes to sleep on her belly on us. But I can’t put her in a crib like that.

I understand. This is really common though with babies that are experiencing discomfort or a lot of tension in their bodies

I understand we also have a baby that sleeps on us a lot. He will only sleep long stretches alone in his stroller bassinet. We have us in his bedside bassinet and we're trying the crib now. I think he had frequent wakings being too cold too.

Mines is the same, he will do one, 2 hour stretch at night his first one. After that up every hour once we put him down. It’s exhausting, waiting till he’s 4 months to start sleep training him

My son is 9months old and also sleeps on me! Im taking this as a safe space, but Im very embarrased to talk about it! I don't know what to do! My daughter didn't sleep much on her crib, but would sleep on the bed with me. My son doesn't even get to the bed, he sleeps on my chest and Im sleeping half sitting down because Im afraid I will fall into deep sleep and drop him. I didn't have a proper night of sleep in 9 months!
