I mix fruit puree or I give my baby yogurt crunch sticks to dip it in
@Emily thank you :) how do you make your apple sauce and blueberry one?
Cinnamon was a huge hit with my bean, also fruit purées are a good go
@Meera i have a tommee tippee steamer/blender specifically for making purees but it’s really not necessary, for example the blueberries i just blended with a bit of water until smooth, and the apples i peeled and cut, you could boil or steam them until soft and then again just blend them with a bit of water until you get the consistency you want x
Raspberries, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Kiwi fruit or pineapple
Any berries (raspberry is the fav) then I add some chia seeds and some very fine oat, (maybe a tiny bit of water for 7mo) sometimes I do add banana too, and other big fav is papaya either lil pieces or smashed with the yogurt (papaya it’s great to help them 💩) other easy one is avocado with pears, she loves it and you can add the yogurt as well. I do smash them though, it’s great to help them tolearn how to chew and have different textures. When she was 7mo I would smash a bit more then now but no pures. Also make sure to serve everything on its own before mixing.
Peanut butter, coconut, any puree fruit
My little boy LOVES plain yoghurt on his own so it might be worth persevering with that rather than sweetening it so that baby develops a liking for non-sweet flavours 😊
If you need a savoury option my lg loves it as tzatziki with mint and cucumber mixed in. Great with pitta fingers to dip in
Raspberries! I found that mixing them with yoghurt takes away the harsh flavour and my 8 month old loves them. I’ve also done kiwis, pineapple and melon. X
Mashed banana
I found my LO hated Greek yogurt, it's kinda sour tasting so I just gave him normal adult yogurt like Onken. Cherry flavour is his fave. It's probably got quite a bit of sugar in it so not everyone's cup of tea but works for us!
I find that frozen fruit is so much better at adding flavours to yoghurts! I pop a bowl of frozen blueberries in the microwave for a few second and then mix it in. They get super juicy and you can really taste them. Peanut butter and banana is also a good combo

Banana
Full fat yogurt (a nice one) should not have any sourness at all. A decent full fat yogurt should be creamy and naturally a little sweet. If he still doesn’t like it, you could add cooked puréed pear and or apple into it. Or banana and a little watered down peanut butter..yum!
Raspberries :)
We used fruit purées, just the pouches! Or, cinnamon! But now my LO loves plain Greek yoghurt!
i’ve mixed with yoghurt so far: homemade apple sauce, homemade blueberry purée and eventually will do peanut butter, but honestly any fruit i’d just blend it in or purée it and add it on top or on the side x
