Dropping pumps 9 weeks pp

I have been exclusively pumping from about 2-3 weeks pp and am now currently 9 weeks. I have been pumping about 7 times daily consistently and my milk supply continues to grow. It started at approx 35oz daily and is now currently sitting about 45oz daily. I started pumping only once overnight for the past few weeks, going approx 5 hours but occasionally have slept through for up to 7 hours. When this happens my output is always approximately 12oz from that session. I wasn't going to drop any sessions until 12 weeks pp when milk really regulated but my milk output just continues to grow. My baby sleeps on average 6 hours, but has slept up to 9 at night. Has anyone had experience dropping the overnight session this early while maintaining supply, when there is already an over supply? I'm debating whether to drop my 3am pump or start to stretch them out during the day a little longer. My average output during the day is about 6oz for 20minutes. Lowest is always 4oz and highest is 8-9oz. My baby drinks up to 34oz daily but averages 30-31ish. We are buying a deep freezer just to store the excess milk right now as there is so much. Has anyone had experience dropping sessions this early with no effect on supply or was there a significant drop? Debating whether I do just wait until 12 weeks pp before experimenting or start now.

I had an oversupply the entire time I pumped last year. I was able to collect enough to have two deep freezer fulls and my baby is still getting breastmilk at 13 when I was able to complete stop pumping in November. All of that to say if you can I would pump as much as you can for as long as you can. If your baby can’t eat it all you can always donate to a baby in need.

@Anna Johnson I'm definitely collecting alot of milk but one issue is that we don't have any space in our small apartment for freezers, the one we're buying is going to live at the in-laws house. The plan is to pump for one year and any excess will be for baby after that so she continues to get breast milk and I can stop pumping, but currently figuring it out day by day.
