I’ve heard of this before and I hear doing your pelvic floor exercises helps a lot 🫶🏾
Yes !! Start pelvic floor exercises
Yes completely normal. I experienced this also. My pelvic floor is getting better over time but they say to give it at least 4 months until you raise any concerns with the doctor and then they can refer you to a gyna physiotherapist x
@Katie have you been doing any pelvic floor exercises or did you allow it to heal on its own?
Ive been doing the exercises but its a mix of this and healing too 🙂 xx
@Katie how many weeks/months are you pp? X
I’m 7 weeks pp 🙂 not sure if your on tiktok but theres a woman on there that goes through regular pelvic floor exercises that really help - shes called - femalephysioco xx
Are you able to stop your urine mid steam now? I’ll have a look at her TikTok, thank you ☺️ x
Yep. It took about 6months for me to regain proper control.
@Naomi did it heal naturally or did you do pelvic floor exercises? X
A bit of both I tried to do pelvic floor once a day but being honest I forgot A LOT. So I think if I had been stricter with it it probably would got better quicker
I’m on my second pregnancy now and by bladder control is deteriorated already!
Its improved I would say but not 100% able to stop urine mid stream just yet 🙂xx
Why would you need to stop halfway through?
