I am almost 3 months ppd and I am seriously having a issue down there. So I bled for the 6 weeks and it wasn’t too heavy or crazy. Then I got the depo shot and started bleeding like mad. Lasted for 22 days. Went to the midwife and she said I had a reaction to the shot and that she didn’t think it was my period . Like okay great. Now at 3 months ppd im still spotting randomly. Every single day. The doctor is no help. I have no pain anywhere. I didn’t tear during birth and tbh im concerned, confused and severely irritated. Anyone relate :/

When I got back on the shot, my period was all over the place at first but it eventually just stopped. Maybe wait till it’s time for your next shot to see what happens.
this is happening to me too but with my nexplanon
I don’t have experience with this myself but have heard of strange effects like this from hormonal BC, maybe ask about non hormonal options? Only one I know of is IUD, but again that’s just from friends, not from personal experience. Good luck!! Hope it gets better soon

Following because I am going through the same thing!! Ever since I got the shot in December I have been doing nothing but bleeding which is ridiculous! I had a dream that a lady told me not too go back and get the next one so I’m going to follow my guide because I really feel like something isn’t right . I tried nexplanon after my first born & bled for a whole 9 months before I finally took it out!
