Nipple twisting Toddler

My son doesn’t twist my nipples, but if I’m holding him, he just grabs my boobs and if I don’t have a bra on, he grabs my nipples, idk why, he was never breastfed. Mines also 17 months, turned yesterday.

Mine doesn't pinch, but he definitely is very interested in my nipples. He hasn't breastfed in almost a year (I stopped at 6 mos) and is also 17 mos.

@Jasmine that's how he started which i was like fine he cravings skin to skin maybe? If I wear a sport bra he just scratches me until he gets what he wants

Mine feeds on one side and the other side she will drag her nail across and pinch and it’s so sore! I hide it and say ouch no thank you😭😂

I hear you! Ok so my daughter is also 17 months and does this all day everyday. It drives me insane. I stopped breastfeeding at 7 months so not sure where this has come from? Assume it's a comfort thing? She just has to have her hands down my top touching my boobs.

Mine sometimes pinches and twists, he’s getting better because I will put him down or get up and walk away. He is in the process of self weaning and does not like to nurse so much as just hold onto and cuddle my bare breasts. 90% of the time if I am sitting with him he wants boob access. I CANNOT wear anything low cut

I nursed my daughter till almost two she wasn’t that fondly during but did enjoy holding the other boob. she’s been off the boob for about 4/5 months now and shifted to just really wanting to hold them and has to hold them in a specific way with the nipple just between her fingers while cupping the boob. There’s definitely times she’s gotten really playful and fiddly with them but since I’ve been pregnant I just can’t handle it so I tell her not to fiddle and twist and if she does I stop her immediately and she gots no boob to which she usually cries but then I remind her no fiddling you can just hold the boob that’s it! Haha she’s pretty good as long as I remind her sometimes she just wants to hold it for that comfort but I have to set boundaries or she’d be full on pinching them playing and twisting. I tried high cut shirts but she’ll just pull up my shirt and dig her way in some way!

My nearly 18 montj old as been doing it for month more so when he's on the breast or tried he'll feed from.one side and play with my nipple on the other or squeeze it/pinch it it hurts

Same mine was never breastfed well into for a few days and she does it to me.

Mine knows where everyone’s nipples are through a shirt and will pinch them if he finds them
