@Tiffany it honestly feels as though my pelvis is breaking or rubbing together. Hopefully someone has done something to ease the pain! We’re gonna get through this 🥲❤️
Heating pad and sometimes ice depending, certain yoga pose, yoga ball exercises, and stretches help some and hot showers but a pregnancy chiropractor is the main way to go!
I’ve been having the same pain for over 3 weeks. Start PT if you can or ask for an ortho referral. I use heating pads and ice packs throughout the day. Massage gun helps too.
Same girl! Been having it since 29 weeks and it got worse at 34. Even PT doesn’t help and I got a cervical check at 33 wks and nothing. Just part of the process unfortunately. Ik it’s AWFUL! Literally feels like my pelvis is shattering
@Ali Yes!! It’s horrible because I can’t sleep or relax. This is probably my least favorite part about pregnancy so far.
Same. I’m 35+1 and the pelvic hip pain just hit me hard
