Is this SPD?

I feel like I can’t quite express the feeling of pain I’m having adequately to even google the right advice. I basically feel like I got kicked in the crotch and there’s this dull aching pain in that area, like it’s bruised. It’s worse when I try to get in and out of the car, out of bed, etc and can result in more of a sharp pain when I do those types of movements. I tried a pelvic girdle or belt or whatever earlier on in pregnancy but it did nothing for me but the pain keeps getting worse. I’ve talked to multiple care providers and keep being told it’s normal/nerve pain and will go away once baby is here. Looking for any insight / help to figure out what this is or better describe the pain.

I have this too. It feels like my pubic bone is grinding together when I walk or try to roll over. When I stand up or sit down it feels like someone dropped a weight on it

I also had the same thing, lt felt like my entire pelvic area was bruised and it hurt just moving around which is normal for pregnancy. I got it more towards the end of my second trimester. I asked doctors and they all told me it was normal. After I had my baby, it went away completely!

It’s normal. I’m not sure how far along you are but I’ve had two baby’s about to have my third in a couple weeks and the pelvic pain is real and the closer you are to having the baby and baby descends down preparing for birth that pain gets worse. Also some women struggle with sciatica because the baby sits on that nerve. Depending on how far you are you can look into exercises to re-adjust baby. Switch position. Sleep with a pillow in between your legs to help your hips be even. Side sleeping makes it worse unless you adjust your hips to be even and not put so much pressure on one or the other. It won’t go completely away but I can confirm it gets better after having baby.

Pelvic pain had those every pregnancy while carrying girls but with a boy I experienced sciatica 🥺 but what I did was squats and did 10 a day or when I felt the pain coming back
