Help I need relief

Hi I’m currently 10 weeks pregnant and very sick. Can’t eat or drink anything without throwing up. I’m very hungry but can’t eat. I went to the er all they did was pump medication in me via Ivy. Was sent home with nausea medication. They don’t seem to be working. Is this normal for some people in the first trimester? My other pregnancies were nothing like this. Feel like I’m dying. If anyone knows of something that will help ease the nausea please comment. Also learned my Pap smear came out abnormal have hpv. This is so rough!

Happened to me both my pregnancies, it eventually stopped completely around 16 weeks. I looked it up years ago with my first and 9 weeks is the “peak” of nausea and starts subsiding after then. Actual ginger beer (it’s non alcoholic) instead of ginger ale was the one thing that settled my stomach. Found it at 3 different grocery stores so I’d assume it’s widely available? Hope that helps! Also just keep putting small snacks in your belly, if it gets too empty or you haven’t eaten in hours will also cause nausea. I had to wake up multiple times a night to eat a cracker or 2 and it really helped even if I threw it right back up.
