Time for a belly band?

Hiya ladies:), So i'm 8 weeks pregnant today, and i know belly bands aren't typically for bigger belly's, however my back has been on ten since i got pregnant, and to the point it's making my lightheaded and sick(i don't do pain well, this happened with my 1st!) just the pains weren't this early, i talked to my doctor and she said it's normal (sometimes) with your second you feel your symptoms a lot sooner, i noticed them with my first after the 1st trimester, but with it hurting this bad, literally laying on the bathroom floor as i'm typing bc of so much back pain, so should i get a belly band, or just wait it out..? Again i know it's not typically normal to get one this early, my back is just struggling! and my sons room is upstairs, so that doesn't help:(!

See a chiropractor, I was like this with my 2nd, it was like magic ✨

@Philippa i went a couple weeks ago! it definitely did wonders, its the point now its showed back up the day after, and then i went back last week, was good, came back not too long after i got back home, explained that too my doc as well and still said it was normal😰😪, that's why i went back to a belly band, im honestly not sure what's wrong, my back pain never really stopped after i had my first, but i didn't get medication, so its really just pain🫨

I was advised that if you get one now prepare to get another farther into your pregnancy as your belly grows. That being said, I was also advised by my pelvic floor therapist that belly bands are great support for ANYONE! My partner even wears mine sometimes when he's doing car work or anything that requires a long time on his feet.

Get a chiropractor to tape your belly! After a time or two you can do it yourself!

@Nakaela best thing you can do as I understand it, or certainly for me, was to build up strength in the areas where the pain was showing up because those are weaknesses, Where your body is overcompensating. Pregnancy is tough, hang in there 😥

I was seeing my chiropractor every two weeks for a while.
