Baby fell off sofa
He hardly cried and seems absolutely fine, laughing etc so do I need him checked over?

I would get checked over
I'd maybe call 111 just to make sure as they go through questions with you but you can just keep an eye on him and see how he goes 🙃

Keep an eye on him and so long as he is acting normally and not being extra drowsy or doing something unusual it should be fine. But if in doubt call 111 and they will advise on what to do or get you an out of hours doctors appointment
