🙋🏼♀️ up until about 28 weeks I was GOLDEN! Now…ugghhh #FTM
@Violeta💘 thank you
@Ashley Yes. It is rough. I just wish there was some relief to help me through.
What are you doing and or eating when u notice racing heart ?
@Amoy It's honestly completely random. I could be doing anything or nothing, and there's not anything I can do to make it stop. It's not the normal shortness of breath. I have noticed it happens more often when standing still like in a line. The cardiologist said my baby and uterus are just so big that it's compressing my vessel that allows blood flow to my heart. In other words the vessel is allowing blood flow to my whole body, but the compression isn't allowing it to circle back up to my heart... which is leading to swollen legs and low blood pressure... which is causing my heart to work harder & become tachy.
Ok I understand, I asked because I experience the same thing. Funny you say when standing in a line because that has happened to me several times. Also, when I eat high carbs I’ll experience palpitations. Try deep breathing and distraction techniques. I hope it gets better for you.
i go for a drive, a good playlist and yogurt land. I haven't felt like this recently but have in the past. make a radical change. hope you feel better
