3 months. She needed earlier bedtime so we put her down with the camera on but regularly checked on her too.

Around 6/7 weeks xx

When we moved her into her own room. This was probably about 7/8 months. Sorry if you mean just leaving them unattended at night then probably earlier than that. Maybe 4/5 months. Like with us just watching tv downstairs or something before going to bed.

8 weeks x

4/5 weeks I started putting my little one to bed at 7 in the bedroom and coming away into the living room but I live in a flat, have a camera and would go check on him fairly regularly until I went to bed and joined him in the bedroom.

Wasn't until close to 6 months. Guidance is that they nap and sleep in same room as you until then. My baby napped in a cot downstairs and I slept in his room every night until 6 months. Then we got the monitor out and started using it xx

6 months+. They use you to regulate their breathing so a monitor doesn’t have the same effect

Around 4 months I think

I did this from day 1. I followed the Gina Ford 'contented little baby book'

@Kimberley what is her method?

It's a whole plan/routine that you would need to follow. It's not just a method
