Walking!! I’ve lost 30lbs since Thanksgiving last year and all I changed was my portions (I’m in a calorie deficit) and I walk 8-10k steps everyday

Diet goes further than excercises but just getting in low intensity movements actually best for fat burning. The more stressful workouts can cause your body to hold onto fat because it puts it in such a state of stress.

What always works for me is diet and running.
